The Nira Caledonia is upping its culinary game with the addition of its new Blackwood’s restaurant. The dining room will cater for guests of the hotel and visitors looking for excellent regional food.
Dishes will be cooked from a Josper charcoal grill oven and the kitchen will be serving the finest Scottish produce to its customers. Blackwood’s will be sourcing its meat and fish from the Scottish lands and seas respectively. The emphasis on Scottish flavours even influences the bar and there are 25 whiskies to choose from.
The five-star hotel already offers one of the finest places to rest your head and will now be looking to offer similar pleasure in its dining room. The contemporary Nira Caledonia has many modern flourishes running through its wall and it offers audaciously designed city centre suites in the 28 roomed establishment.
The well-established hotel is located at the exclusive Gloucester place and will be officially opening Blackwood’s restaurant on the 28th January.
