Today saw the unveiling of Waldorf Astoria Berlin, the home of Pierre Gagnaire’s latest restaurant, Les Solistes by Pierre Gagnaire, which will open its doors later this month.
Named after the classical music conductor, Les Solistes by Pierre Gagnaire promises to create a unique menu of dishes, prepared with the freshest ingredients. The restaurant’s opulent tables are likely to be the most sought after in the city this year, as the hotel and restaurant aim to set a new standard of luxury in Berlin.
Featuring 232 guestrooms and suites, the hotel sits within the new Zoofenster skyscraper, designed by renowned German architect, Professor Christoph Mäckler. 32 floors, topped with the Presidential Suite, offer a first-class panoramic of Berlin’s skyline.
Additional dining options at Waldorf Astoria Berlin include the Romanisches Café, which reopens on the ground floor of the hotel, just a stones throw from where it was first located around 100 years ago. The New York-styled Lang Bar offers a range of cocktails and artisan beers, while Peacock Alley provides signature afternoon teas.
