Over 100 chefs will meet for the Dîner des Grands Chefs du Monde, held as part of the Sirha World Cuisine Summit in Lyon this evening. Now, in its 30th year, the event marks the career and achievements of Paul Bocuse – a living legend of French gastronomy.

With a special menu orchestrated by Mathias Dahlgren and Matthieu Viannay (responsible for the amuse bouche aperitif), Emmanuel Renaut (responsible for the appetizers), Thomas Keller (responsible for the first course) and Alain Ducasse (responsible for the second course and dessert), chefs in attendance include Pierre Gagnaire, Yannick Alleno, Anne-Sophie Pic and Guy Savoy, among many more.

The chefs represent over 200 Michelin stars from five continents and will spend the evening at the Lyon City Hall to honour Paul Bocuse.
