Ten star chefs are cooking up a Gourmet Spring on the Danube from April 15-27. For the sixth year running, the festival invites restaurateurs and hoteliers, big names from the gourmet scene and the greatest wine growers. Within three days, around 70 of the most creative and innovative international cooking artists will show their skills. Among them is Georg Kocmann, who came third with the young Austrian team at Erfurt’s Culinary Olympics last year. He is one of Austria’s youngest and best pastry chefs and will cook a gala dinner on April 19 with his young apprentices at the Culinary Art Festival Linz.
