Held in Mexico City on 20-22 May 2013, Mesamérica will gather together culinary talent from the forefront of world cuisine and professionals from other fields that complement the culinary phenomenon.

Organised by some of Mexico’s most prestigious chefs of the moment and associated with three of the nation’s major cooking schools, as well as the country’s most representative food journalism, Mesamérica is a unique gathering which has been described as the ‘Glastonbury of Food Festivals’ by many, with an exciting lineup of chefs and professionals from other fields that complement the culinary phenomenon.

On the list to attend is Massimo Bottura, joined by Gastón Acurio from Astrid y Gastón, Andoni Luis Aduriz from Mugaritz, Iñaki Aizpitarte from Le Chateaubriand, Alex Atala from DOM,  Jordi Roca from El Celler de Can Roca,  René Redzepi from Noma, Daniel Humm and Will Guidara from Eleven Madison Park, along with David Kinch from Manresa and a good selection of the finest chefs from around Mexico.
