A French chef best-known for her restaurant Maison Pic, in southeast France, she is the fourth female chef to ever win three Michelin stars and was named the Best Female Chef by The World’s Best Restaurants in 2011. Anne-Sophie Pic and Bruno Oger will collaborate to create the opening Gala dinner at Film Festival Cannes 2013.

Head chef of the two Michelin-starred Hibiscus in London, chef Claude Bosi was raised in Lyon, where his parents ran a successful bistro. He went on to work at a variety of Michelin-starred restaurants in France including Restaurant Alain Ducasse.
Known for his foraging, hunting and fishing, Magnus Nilsson is head chef at one of the world’s most isolated restaurants, Fäviken Magasinet. Positioned at number 34 in the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list, Fäviken only seats 12 guests per night and is quickly becoming legendary among globe-trotting gourmets who trek 750km north of Stockholm to taste his profoundly seasonal, real food.
