Promising the ultimate group of the world’s best avant-garde chefs from all over the globe, GELINAZ! is an ever changing gastro think-tank where one dish – chosen by the GELINAZ! team with the help of the Flemish Foodies – is cooked, reproduced, reprocessed, (re)mixed and morphed, one by one, by all the chefs participating at the event. The twist? The dish will be one of Philippe Edouard Cauderlier’s - the man who is considered to have codified Belgian cuisine -  most emblematic dishes.

A food lab with more than 20 chefs, including Inaki Alzpitarte, Sat Bains, Rene Redzepi and Magnus Nilsson, working overtime to bring you what could be the most experimental dish you’ve ever experienced, in several morphing forms, GELINAZ! is no ordinary event with star chefs and fine-dining cuisine. Instead it will bring guests a pool of performers and a workshop of creative and avante-garde cooking from some of the world’s most influential chefs, set over 8 hours!
