Chef Vincent Thierry grew up in a small town 100 kilometres southwest of Paris, France. Having studied his craft at Michelin-starred restaurants across the country and with a short stint in the US, Thierry was picked from the celebrated Le Cinq at Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris, to move to Hong Kong and open Caprice at Four Seasons Hotel in 2005.

Chef Thierry leads the team at three Michelin-starred restaurant Caprice, which serves authentic French contemporary cuisine, bringing together culinary influences from regions all over France.

Supported by his 25 strong team of chefs, Thierry retains a fantastic relationship with his suppliers in France from his time at Le Cinq, a fundamental part of restaurant Caprice’s charm.

Together with Restaurant Manager Jeremy Evrard, and Head Sommelier Sebastien Allano, chef Vincent Thierry earned the highly coveted three Michelin star rating for the restaurant for two years running.
