Ten great chefs and ten great friends of Mauro Colagreco will be welcomed into the kitchens of Mirazur to cook for the anniversary of the restaurant turning ten.
With the Italian border just 30 metres from Mirazur’s front door, Colagreco has the pick of the markets on the Ligurian coast on the Italian side and those of the Côte d'Azur on the French side. His menus are a marriage of the taste and flavours of the very best of both locales.
The Argentinian-born chef has organised an impressive line-up of guest chefs for the celebrations, which are expected to be some of the most sought after events of the year. With limited availbility for the dinners, advanced booking is highly recommended for these one-off collaborations.
The first such dinner will be taking place on 27 May when three Michelin-starred David Kinch will be manning the helm of Mirazur. His unique style of cooking is recognised throughout the world for its creative combination of Japanese and Catalan-inspired flavours.
Next on the list will be winner of World's 50 Best Restaurant's, René Redzepi, who will be joining Mauro to cook in the award-winning restaurant on 30 May. René Redzepi has revolutionized Scandinavian cooking and will now be brining his magical Nordic cooking to Mediterranean soil.
After the busy month of May the guest dinners will continue as below;
June 28 - Brazilian chef Alex Atala of restaurant D.O.M
July 7 - Japanese chef Narisawa Yoshihiro of Tokyo based restaurant Narisawa.
