To celebrate the major retrospective exhibition elBulli: Ferran Adrià and The Art of Food at Somerset House this summer, Estrella Damm, the beer of Barcelona, is giving away an exclusive hamper of goodies for one reader.
A Day at elBulli: An insight into the ideas, methods and creativity of Ferran Adrià
The winner will receive two tickets to the exhibition, an exclusive signed copy of Ferran Adrià’s book, A Day at elBulli: An insight into the ideas, methods and creativity of Ferran Adrià, along with two limited edition packs of Estrella Damm beer, featuring tapas recipes, created by Ferran Adrià and his brother Albert, and unique pack designs inspired by the city of Barcelona by celebrated Catalan artist Marti Guixé.
Hosted in partnership with Estrella Damm, the beer of Barcelona, elBulli: Ferran Adrià and The Art of Food is on now at Somerset House, until the 29th September. The world’s first exhibition dedicated to a chef and his restaurant, the exhibition charts Adrià’s creative genius and the evolution of elBulli. Highlights of the exhibition include hand-written notes and sketches, plasticine models of his gastronomic creations, specially designed utensils, original tasting menus, reviews, press clippings and archive footage.
elBulli: Ferran Adrià and The Art of Food, in partnership with Estrella Damm, will be at Somerset House from 5 July to 29 September (somersethouse.org.uk). The exhibition is open daily 10.00-18.00 (last entry 17.15), until 21.00 Thursdays (last entry 20.15) except 26 September. The exhibition is priced at £10 (£8 concessions), £5 on Mondays (excluding Bank Holidays)

The promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize if for any reason any part of this prize is not available.
