Taking the world by storm one beautifully crafted kitchen at a time is Sarah Maier – kitchen designer and brainchild of The Sarah Maier Collection.

An award-winning bespoke kitchen design company, The Sarah Maier Collection won two Interior Innovation Awards at this year’s Cologne Furniture Fair, adding to its already abundant list of accolades that includes yet another Interior Innovation Award (2011) and first place in the Thalhofer competition (2011). Proving itself as the kitchen company of the moment, The Sarah Maier Collection also made an appearance at Berlin’s Fashion Week in 2012 and presented at the Cannes Palais de Festival in the same year.

You can imagine, then, why we weren’t surprised to hear that Sarah and The Sarah Maier Collection are getting involved in yet another project, this time at their very own spell-bindingly beautiful showroom in Markgröningen in Germany. The event itself will be a low-key food event to celebrate the launch of The Sarah Maier Collection’s latest design – the kitchen island KI2 – hosted by Sarah Maier herself and Miele steam specialist Petra Fehre. 

Alongside The Sarah Maier Collections Kitchen Island KI2, the star of the show will be the brand new Miele Steamer. Guests attending will be treated to a five course seasonally and regionally led menu, while being guided through all the professional tricks, like core temperature measuring, steam added bread baking, multiple menu cooking – and much, much more.
