The new Michelin Guide San Francisco Bay 2014 was released today, 23 October 2013, seeing restaurant Quince, headed by Michael Tusk, elevated from one Michelin star to two.

Other than Quince’s promotion, restaurants rated at two and three stars in the Michelin Guide San Fransisco Bay 2014 has remained relatively static from last year’s accolades.

Still at the top as the only three-star rated restaurants in the San Fransisco Bay area is Thomas Keller’s The French Laundry in Napa Valley and Christopher Kostow’s Restaurant at Meadowood, also in Napa Valley.
