Known for his technical brilliance, Simon Rogan is one of the most exciting and innovative chefs in the UK today. His restaurants include L’Enclume in Cumbria and Roganic in London. Simon uses ingredients farmed on the grounds of L’Enclume, including herbs, flowers, vegetables and other foraged produce. Rogan’s London restaurant, Roganic, is a two-year pop up venue in Marylebone, delivering his unique style of cooking to the capital. Simon’s culinary excellence was highlighted in 2012 when he took part in the Great British Menu, winning the dessert course, as well as finishing in the top three for the starter, fish and main courses. Last year saw Simon join the ranks of Heston Blumenthal when he was awarded a perfect ten by the Good Food Guide.
This year will continue to be as busy and exciting for Simon as he opens two new restaurants in Manchester and appears as one of the FOUR chefs in our UK Spring edition.
