80 gr fresh Tuna loin

1 stick of celery

2 red radishes

1 orange



1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley

2 tablespoons of olive oil


Mango sauce

1 whole mango

1 teaspoon of sugar

1 teaspoon of lemon juice




Mince the fresh tuna and add chopped celery and radishes to it. Add orange juice, salt, pepper, parsley and olive oil to the minced tuna. Clean the mango. Blend it with sugar and lemon, strain and set aside. Use the mango sauce on the bottom of dish and place the tuna mix on top. Finish the dish by garnishing the tuna with julienne of fresh red radish and serve
