A second pop-up for The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong this year, Chef Eneko Atxa, from Aziamendi Restaurant in southern Thailand and Azurmendi Restaurant in Bilbao, Spain will be in residence for three nights only. From 12 to 14 May the chef will create an inspired seven course menu, introducing his traditional Basque cuisine from the northern part of Spain.
Complementing the cuisine will be an eye-popping exhibition, by rising Indonesian artist, Uji Handoko Eko Saputro. And as if that’s not enough joy already, 15% of all revenue will be donated directly to the Inspirasia Foundation!
The youngest chef in Spain to obtain three Michelin stars, Chef Eneko is the head chef of Aziamendi and Azurmendi Restaurants. Using local ingredients and traditional European techniques, his cuisine combines refined flavours with theatrical presentation. Find out more about his career here.
