Palazzo Seneca

A food lover’s haven, located in Norcia – an area eponymous with excellent butchery and pork products and the capital of the Italian black truffle. The school offers truffle hunting in the nearby Sibillini National Park, visits to the local cheese and salumi producers, the chance to learn how to make ricotta at the School of cheese and cookery classes at the hotel with the regions specialities. In October guests can visit Perugia’s famous Eurochocolate Festival and in November Norcia itself hosts ‘Prosciutti dal Mondo’ - a festival with hams from around the world..
