In his historic country rectory in Söllheim outside Salzburg in Austria, Jürgen Vigne presents his seasonal, creative and classically-based creations using regional products.

Vigne trained at Landhaus Bacher, one of the most prestigious Austrian gastronomic addresses, and took over Restaurant Pfefferschiff with his family in 2001. The traditional setting and the service staff in traditional dress make the experience even more special.

Overjoyed and very proud.

A picture of my family, a bottle of good wine and a fishing rod.
